Request a free "Coaching Consultation" where you briefly discuss your specific situation, goals, and priorities. It provides an opportunity to ask questions about our way of working so that you can decide if you want to proceed with a coaching engagement. It typically takes 20-30 minutes and can be done by phone, videoconference, or text messaging.

The number of coaching sessions is different for each client based on their specific needs. The more quickly you reach your goal, the more successful we view the engagement. Most of our clients require between four and six sessions. Ultimately, you have full control over the number of sessions you want to schedule.

The frequency of coaching sessions is different for each client based on their specific needs. We believe that gradual, steady improvement helps our clients to stay motivated and incorporate their learning into their daily life. We typically schedule one to two weeks between the first two sessions and increase the gaps between sessions for the remainder of the engagement.

Sessions are conducted by videoconference using Zoom. We're located in San Diego, California, and welcome clients from anywhere in the world as long as you’re proficient in English.

Coaches have different pricing structures. Some charge a certain amount per session while others charge monthly fees with a set amount of sessions.
